We love our staff! Our team is comprised of executives, nursing staff, activities coordinators, and assistants. Our staff members work hard 24 hours a day to provide the highest level of care for each individual.

Meet our Executive Team

Jennifer

Jennifer

Provider/Executive Director

Jen started her career in healthcare working at a facility caring for around 30 residents. She left the facility on the recommendation to try a 24-hour residential program. After working a few years in a residential program, she felt as if she could make a bigger difference if she started her own company.  She has a lot of patience and and lot of compassion so it was the perfect choice. Because she is so passionate about what she does, there are very few days she is not working. Even when not working, she is working! Dedication and hard work is a recipe for success and she has both, mixed in with a whole lot of flavor! Jen likes to have fun at work and doesn’t want a stuffy atmosphere. These are the homes of people we serve, not a place of business. She treats it like a home and she creates an atmosphere that is as fun and relaxed as possible. You can see her dressing up in a costume as often as she can find a reason to, and boy does she go all out! She even wanted one of her costume pics as her bio pic–VETOED! 😂 

Jen has a husband, 2 kids, a dog and a cat. She dresses her dog up as much as herself! When not working she enjoys traveling, reading, camping and riding a quad.  

Shawn

Shawn

Provider/Chief Financial Officer

Shawn has spent about 35 years as an executive or in a management position. He has extensive leadership experience as well as Human Resources experience, and as a controller/CFO has an accounting degree. Because of his background, it was easy for him to make the jump from a top executive to an owner role. 

Besides having executive experience, he comes with years of caregiving experience going back to his teenage years. He helped care for his sick mother until her passing when he was 22 years old.

After marrying into a family that had an adult foster home, he started helping out as a relief caregiver on evenings and weekends while also raising a family. 

Shawn’s gift of patience and even temperament make him perfect at caring for others. But….he thinks he’s funnier than his wife thinks he is! 

Shawn has a wife of 36 years, 3 kids, and 5 grandkids. When not working he enjoys going to church, riding his motorcycle and spending time with the family. 

Deb

Chief Executive Officer

Deb started working as a dishwasher at a nursing home at the age of 16. From there she worked as a caregiver in retirement centers, sometimes working 2 jobs at once as some caregivers do from time to time. Over the years she worked her way up and into management as an HR manager and now a CEO. Because of the extensive experience she has as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), she can see both the DSP’s view on issues and management view. 

Her job is like a recipe with many ingredients. She helps in all aspects of running the company with HR in a dominating position. Also on the forefront is making sure the people we serve are taken care of and happy. Deb is the company liaison and has most of the communication with state/county agency’s, associations, and consultants we have. She is also a volunteer member of several associations that advocate for clients and staff. 

When not working, she enjoys real estate, listening to Christian music, travel and home improvement. 

Anthony

Anthony

Chief Operating Officer

Anthony was new to healthcare when he came to us. He had worked in manufacturing and transportation. This makes him a valuable executive as he is our go-to person for just about everything. 

Even though he was new to being a DSP he took to it like a duck to water. He gets frequent requests by clients to hang out or take them places. He is very good at person-centered care. While he was new to care, he is a pro now that it’s been a few years. 

Anything clients need, staff needs, or management, he’s our guy. He is also maintenance, purchasing, client care, driving, and maintains our fleet of vehicles, plus about 1000 other jobs to make the company run as smooth as possible. 

Anthony has a wife and 2 kids. When not working he enjoys video games, riding motorcycles/quads and going shooting. 

Rhett

Rhett

Associate Director

Rhett came to Bee Loved with over 13 years of experience working for the State of Oregon.  He has a lot of experience in project management and he brings a lot to the Bee Loved team! His expertise will be an important aspect of our company as we are still growing and improving. 

In addition to the skills he has in management he makes the people we serve and employees his priority–always connecting with everyone to make sure things are going well. Rhett loves to talk and spend time with clients and they make his day brighter! He loves to joke around with clients and staff to get them to laugh and smile! 

Rhett was brought in to assist Jen but he is so valuable in so many areas he has not been able to serve in that capacity–so much so that we had to bring another manager in to fill that need. We call Rhett our special projects manager because if we aren’t giving him a project, he is finding one himself!

In his down time he likes stargazing, reading, video games and painting abstract art. He likes to hang out with his boyfriend and cats.

Rachael

Program Manager

Rachael came to Bee Loved with many years of DSP experience. She is one of our long-time employees and we knew when the time was right she would be perfect for a management position. Her dedication to the people we serve is unwavering as well as her dedication to the company.   

Rachael is now in training to be Jen’s right hand person! She will learn all aspects of how we care for our clients through coordination with state and county authorities. She will work hand-in-hand with other executives to make sure the people in our care are happy, healthy and well cared for! 

On top of being one of our amazing rock stars, she has two girls and four boys with her husband!  If all that doesn’t give her rock star status, she also loves gardening, home improvement and doing nails! 

Becky

Becky

Office / Activities

Becky is the newest addition to the Bee Loved family. She is here to help with quality control, office coordination and is excited to be involved with activities for the people we serve. She will also be helping to plan our company events such as holiday parties and birthdays.
 
Becky has been planning events for the winery she co-owns for many years, so she comes with an arsenal of ideas on how we can bring joy to our employees and staff. 
 
When not working she of course likes to hang out at the winery and loves to host events at her home. She enjoys spending time with her family and has spent many years watching just about every sporting event they have been involved with. She likes crafting, paddle boarding and camping.  We are excited to see her vision come to life!
